Things are going so well! Snapshoot assignments are coming in every day. Lets hope no one tells Sis that when I left Stormy, I didn’t go to my new house. I was hired by an Archivar of the Ironforge library, who calls himself Eiswein. He asked me to make a snapshoot of the caravan that moved his (apparently very important) archives from Ironforge to Thelsamar.

I am not so sure what to think about the Archivar. We met somewhere in Ironforge, when I was out looking for my dad (who wasn’t at home). As soon as I introduced myself, the Archivar seemed eager to help me out and insisted on talking to the guards. They said dad went to Loch Modan several months ago and might be ambushed. I am sure wasn’t the case, as a few weeks ago dad sent me a letter, but from where?

Later the Archivar told me his task of the day had been to get hold of me...You see? That’s why I am not so sure what to think about this dwarf. He made me a good offer though, lets hope he pays as well as he said he would.

During the trip the Archivar assigned me a bodyguard, cant imagine why I would need someone like that but Rachidi is wonderful to have around. He posed for me a few times and I love this shot where he looks down shyly. Due to this private photography I did miss some important happenings with the caravan and I hope the Archivar doesn’t notice the gaps in the snapshoot.

After having developed the shots I quickly travelled back to Stormy, as Jelinda offered to have a look at Sis. I had to be there.

Ready to leave

 Speckles is standing in the Stormwind auction house, trying to decide whether she will buy those new boots or not. She has not much money left and is also in need of some spare parts for the Snap-o-Rama and the Snaparoid…. ‘Okay, lets just buy them and see where they take me’

Speckles ties her new shoes together and walks out of the auction house, the shoes bungling in her hands. Outside she turns and looks at the wall, trying to decide what would be the best spot for the poster she made earlier today. She puts the shoes down and sticks up a small poster ‘Medical help needed!’ on the left side of the entrance. ‘Lets hope someone can help Sis…soon.’

Time to return to the office and pack the last things before she makes way to her temporarily house in Ironforge. In her mind Specks tries to come up with the right wordings for her advertisement poster: ‘Hello! You there! Are you in need of Snaparoids?’ ‘Snapwiggle Photos: cheap quality’ She shakes her head, no, that wont make her much money.

Hopefully this poster will earn her some gold coins:

 

Hullo Ironforge!

Sure, everyone will wonder why she suddenly decided to live in Ironforge for a while. Duck didn’t think it was such a good idea. How to explain? How to explain that she just couldn’t take it anymore. The Sisters had not money left and this life of looking after a half-unconscious sister was getting on her nerves. Yes, Frecks had looked after her as well when she…well, lets not talk about those unfortunate events, as there are so many in the present already.

She never expected to be able to get out so soon. But when miss Mailin offered her to stay in her beautiful house in Ironforge, she could not refuse. And now she even had some job offers...Who cares what others think? Duck could take care of Sis while she was away and she would make an effort to find the right medical help. Surely there must be someone able to help Sis. (Speckles)
