Who made this?
The pictures are taken by the twin sisters Speckles and Freckles Snapwiggle. We are residents of the MMORPG World of Warcraft. We live on the European role-play server Argent Dawn.
Why do you do this?
Because we love all you beautiful role-players of Argent Dawn! Because we want to document MMORPG role-play characters, stories and fashion. We want to encourage everyone to create unique characters and ways of storytelling. Also, keep those wonderful role-play events coming!
Where can we find you?
You can only find us if you are already a resident of Argent Dawn. If so...get your ass over to the grand city of Stormwind. Our new office can be found on the top floor of the visitor's centre, which is situated at the main road in Stormwinds Trade District. Please come by to pick up your pictures, we always have a nice cup of tea ready for you!
What camera and projector do you use?
The Snap-O-Rama 3000. We heard it was designed by missus Cracklebell. We also work on our own camera, the Snaps H60, which will have a zoom function. For projection we use the Beam-O-Rama, this device can be found in our office and is used for exhibition purposes. The Beam-O-Rama is the in-game name for our website. However, we do have the device in our office and will gladly explain to you how it works.
How can I contribute to your project?
Keep on role-playing! Organize events and invite us as your photographers. Dress fashionable! Erm, no, not only fashionable. We would like to encourage you to think about the way you dress your character. If you see us in Stormy, do not hesitate to step up to us and ask for information or get your picture taken. We love to have you and your fashionstories in one of our episodes of Stormy Fashion!
Stormy Fashion...you only take pictures of Fashion in Stormwind?
No! We know for sure that places like Lakeshire and Darkshire have lots on offer regarding Azerothian Fashion. In future episodes we will surely travel there to show you. We might even organize an expedition to the Horde.
Fashion...do you also photograph other stuff?
Yes! We started this whole project as fashion photographers, inspired by the Japanese Street Fashion of Fruits and the Finnish Street Fashion of HEL Looks. As energetic as we are...our minds didn't stop there. We have all kinds of ideas, even more so after the fantastic reactions we got when coining this website and walking on the streets of Stormwind. At the moment we also do Sport Events photography (who could have imagined that? We couldn't!) and portraits. There is still many more we are working on...we won't forget fashion though!
How to interact with Freck & Speck
So you want to be in our pictures? It's easy, just talk to us or send us an in-game letter. And if you dress fashionable we will surely notice you! A few things to make interacting with us even more fun:
* Please don't change clothes in front of our eyes.
It will make us scream. Real loud. We don't want to see you naked. And you don't want screaming twins.
* When we ask you to smile and pose...
Please do so, move around (use emotes!) and show us all you've got!
* We can't see that name floating above your head...therefore we will ask for your name...we will also ask for stories about your clothing. Be creative! The more creative you are...the more we will be as well!
* Please keep things in character (IC)!
Freck and Speck are always IC unless we clearly state differently: (()) or OOC.
How can we contact you for ideas, suggestions or eh fanmail?
Have you tried our guestbook? See? There is a nice button over there, yes to your right...A bit more up, that's it! Of course you can reach the Snap Sisters on Argent Dawn too...we love to receive mail! Please keep /w at a minimum. As it tends to get quite busy back at our office and in the streets, with all these events and people wanting their picture taken. So we ask you to be patient... and enthoustiastic. We love you!
